Deposits & Cancellation Policy
Deposit Requirements:
- Equal to 50% of room rate or minimum of RM200.
- Full payment is due upon check-in.

Modification Policy:
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability at time of change.
Cancellation Policy:
- 80% refund if cancel 3 Months or more prior to stay.
- 50% refund if cancel 1 Months or more prior to stay.
- Charged one night's room rate or 30% refund if cancel 7 days prior to stay.
JusInn Loves Pets:
- Cleaning fee* of RM50 per night will be charged (Maximum of RM120 will be charged for stays of three nights and more)
- Guests arriving with pets will be placed in pet friendly area
- Dogs may be walked in designated areas only
- If the dog's behavior results in complaints by other guests, the owner may be asked to board the dog in an outside shelter
- Pets are not allowed in the kitchen
Smoking Policy:
JusInn is a smoke-free homestay. Our non-smoking policy will apply to all areas of the house with the exception of designated outdoor areas. RM100 cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms.
Parking:
Complimentary guest parking is available. It is limited, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, plenty of parking spaces are available outside of house, along the street.
